RETURN & LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY
All Sales Are Final At Carter & Bloom, we offer exclusive pricing on premium jewelry bundles (e.g., "Build Your Own Set"). Due to the deeply discounted nature of these bundles and the hygienic nature of body jewelry, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or if you simply decide you do not want the items anymore. By placing an order, you agree that all sales are final.
However, we stand behind our quality with a 100% Satisfaction & Lifetime Color Warranty. This means that while we do not refund cash, we will always ensure you have a perfect, non-tarnished piece of jewelry through our replacement program.
Lifetime Color Warranty (The "Forever Gold" Guarantee) We guarantee that our 18k gold-plated and stainless steel items will not fade, tarnish, or turn your skin green.

Coverage: If your item loses its color or tarnishes during normal wear (including in water), we will provide a free replacement of the same item.

Resolution: We will ship you a brand-new item. We do not issue refunds for warranty claims.

30-Day Defect Warranty You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement for structural defects (e.g., a broken clasp or loose stone).

Eligibility: To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide proof of the defect.

Shipping Costs: For genuine defects or warranty claims, Carter & Bloom will cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you. You generally do not need to return the defective item unless requested by our quality control team.
Damages and Issues (Upon Arrival) Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Resolution: We will send a priority replacement for the damaged item.
Strict No-Refund Policy on Bundles Our "Build Your Set" offers allow you to purchase multiple items at up to 70% off retail prices.

No Partial Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for individual items within a bundle. If one item in your bundle is defective, we will replace that specific item; we will not refund the entire bundle.
Hygiene & Safety For health and safety reasons, earrings and piercing jewelry are exempt from being returned or exchanged once the package has been opened, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges for different styles or sizes. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to carefully select your items when building your bundle. We only replace items if they are defective or if we sent the wrong item by mistake.
Refunds & Chargebacks As stated, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Store Credit: In rare, exceptional cases where a replacement is not possible (e.g., the item is out of stock), we may issue Store Credit equal to the value of the item.

Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a warranty claim will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
Cancellations We pride ourselves on fast processing. We can only cancel and refund orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once a shipping label has been created or the order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
